The educators, together with the donkeys, become a team that helps the children focus on personal growth. This team sets the stage for learners to understand the responsibility of freedom and to explore and collaborate together. The children learn how to empathize with and deeply understand nature, while developing a practical approach to ecology.
The children, educators and the donkeys all become a team. The educators share their exceptional experiences of outdoor education, Montessori pedagogy, music therapy and sensitive dance. The donkeys feed the group with their enthusiasm and show the group how to be a team through their positive attitude to travelling and accepting differences.
