SPORTING ASSOCIATION L’ANDAR CHE RADICA (GROWING ROOTS BY WALK)
The sporting association that helps youths to grow happily
We are a team with differents trainings and expertise that complement each other (montessory pedagogy, environmental and outdoor education, music therapy, sensitive dance). We are sensitive and we listen at what is happening around us. We love to develop new adventures, we like to find different ways to have fun and to growth. We never forget the importance of self trusting, we believe acceptance is the key to respect the Others and the Nature.
We project, develop and lead our programs based on an aware pedagogy synthesis of Montessori and other experiences .When we work with kids we are focused on them, paying attention to the differents dynamics happening in the group and listening carefully to the voice of every one. Everything else in the program could be modified and adapted to meet the group needs. At the end of the experience we offer feed back to the parents aims to better understand changes and progress of kids from a different prospective: out of the school and of the family context. The way we work more than what we work is our strenght !
On our programs each participant will search and reach his best level of autonomy, the level he/she is ready to experience, finding the proper role in the team, which is not for ever set…This is the beginning of been part of a group.
On our trekking we experience more than one journey: a material trip in the nature, an emotional trip in our internal space and the travel in the social space of the group. This is what we mean for growing roots by walk.
